Derdian’s style combines thrash metal guitar riffs with epic symphonic compositions. There is a lot of atmosphere and keyboards along with metal crunch and emotional power metal vocals. The album tells the story the people of Derdian, a legendary fortress with songs that are very catchy and melodic.
“New Era Part III: The Apocalypse”: The final chapter of the saga begins as the new Derdian king, Golstar, is bewitched by evil gods through a hostile spell that makes him evil and merciless. During this latest adventure, Golstar will be involved in a war against the nearest region of Astar, led by his old friend King Exenthar. After many attempts to break the spell and release his friend, Exenthar is forced to face him in a bloody battle. Will Golstar be able to wake up from the black spell to make Derdian a good and benevolent reign, or will evil triumph one more time?
